Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has left a mark on the screen. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother as well as an Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. She moved to Texas in order to pursue an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles in independent local films, as well as worldwide commercials. Even the small roles did not stop her from finding out that she was a fan of acting. After that, she relocated into New York in 2001 and landed her very first role in the role of Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on screen for 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. This particular character brought De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. In 2008, De La Garza received the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring character. She played Marisol Delko's wife and the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. After only two episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are born of Italian descent and is the younger sister of Cory who is ten years older than her. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano was first introduced to acting at the age of seven old. Her babysitter brought her for the first audition. The four selected girls from over 1,000 hopefuls were chosen by Milano. Milano appeared in commercials for television and off-Broadway shows including the first American musical version of Jane Eyre.
